Requests can be given to the reception staff during any opening hours. Written request can be made by dropping them in the Repeat Prescription box at the surgery during opening hours, or sent by post anytime. Prescriptions can be collected during office hours or can be sent by post to the patient’s home, or collected by the patient’s pharmacy.
Patients can telephone the surgery and be directed to a call handler who will take the details of the repeat medication requested between the hours of 9.30am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.
We are now also offering an online request service for medications. If you wish to use this service, please enquire at reception. Please note that you can only request access for yourself or children under the age of 16 and you will be required to produce proof of indentification before you can be given access.
Your responsibilities to us are:
To allow 48 hours before collection
To provide a stamped Addressed Envelope if you prefer the prescription to be sent to you by post.
