Complaints

If you have any complaints, please come and discuss them verbally with the Practice Manager, the doctor or a member of staff, or put your complaint in writing in an envelope marked “Personal” for the attention of the person of your choice.

We will follow up every complaint in accordance with the new NHS Guidelines for dealing with complaints and keep you informed about this, within agreed timescales

Your responsibility to us is

  • to recognise that most problems can usually be rectified within the practice
